Who Can be a Member? Any City of Phoenix employee can become a member of PHN.
Why become a PHN Member: - To seek personal and professional growth.

- To expand his/her skills through education and training
Membership Fees: Membership is yearly. Membership drives run with the City fiscal year, from July through June.
| Leadership Member: | $150 One-year membership intended for Middle Manager and Executives. | | Sustaining Member: | $75 One-year membership intended for Supervisory and Professional employees. | | Pillar Member: | $30 One-year membership intended for all other employees. | | Foundation Member: | $5 One -year membership for employees without access to city funds for memberships or any member who is a full time student. | Forms: If you’d like to become a member, download the membership application form by clicking here.
