About the City of Phoenix, Hispanic Network Print E-mail

In 1996, the Phoenix Hispanic Network (PHN) was formed by a group of City of Phoenix Hispanic professionals with diverse backgrounds looking to establish a networking organization for City of Phoenix employees. PHN was given a 501(c)(6) designation by the IRS. The first major membership drive was held in 1999.

Through a series of high quality professional events, seminars, speakers and cultural events over the past years, our membership has grown from a small nucleus to over 200 members. Today, the Phoenix Hispanic Network continues to expand its membership and provide a variety of professional development opportunities for all City of Phoenix employees. PHN hosts the annual Latina Breakfast which celebrates Latinas in the community.

Every year the organization looks into better ways to serve its members.
